1.1 Product Features Introduction
This product utilizes digital frequency conversion technology and is controlled by a microcontroller, fully automating voltage boost, buck, measurement, and protection. Due to its fully electronic nature, it is small in size and light in weight. It features a large, color touchscreen display that is clear, intuitive, and easy to operate, displaying the output waveform. Key features are as follows:
1.1.1 Ultra-low frequency circuits with a rated voltage of 60kV or less adopt an integrated structure; ultra-low frequency circuits with a rated voltage greater than 60kV adopt an integrated unit connected in series with a step-up transformer, which greatly reduces the overall weight, enhances the load-carrying capacity, and achieves multiple uses in one unit. Operation is extremely simple.
1.1.2 Current and voltage data are directly sampled from the high-voltage side. Due to the use of a closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, there is no capacitive rise effect in the output.
1.1.3 Intelligent Integrated Protection Function: Without needing to set current and voltage protection values, the instrument can calculate overvoltage and overcurrent protection values based on the sample capacitance and test voltage. It can trigger protection shutdown for overvoltage, overcurrent, low resistance faults in the sample, and flashover .
1.1.4 It adopts a 150kV high-voltage line output, which is safe and reliable.
Version 1.1.5 adds DC, dielectric loss, and partial discharge testing functions, allowing simultaneous measurement of the sample's dielectric loss, capacitance, insulation resistance, and partial discharge during withstand voltage testing. ( Dielectric loss and partial discharge functions are optional .)
