Measure the Insulation Resistance of the Transformer Winding

1. The insulation resistance between the primary winding and the secondary winding and the casing, as well as between each secondary winding and the casing, should be measured; The insulation resistance value should not be lower than 1000M Ω;

2. Measure the insulation resistance between the primary winding segments of the current transformer. The insulation resistance value should not be lower than 1000M Ω. If it cannot be measured due to structural reasons, it may not be measured;

3. Measure the insulation resistance of the terminal screen of the capacitive current transformer and the grounding terminal (N) of the voltage transformer to the shell (ground), and the insulation resistance value should not be less than 1000M Ω. When the insulation resistance between the non screen and the ground is less than 1000M Ω, its tan δ should be measured, and its value should not exceed 2%;

4. A 2500V megohmmeter should be used to measure insulation resistance.
