I. Strengthen daily maintenance and regular testing. The main testing contents include:
1. Observe the appearance. Mainly check whether the parts have oil leakage, smoke or discharge. The welding of the transformer shell or the rubber pad is not firm, which may cause the leakage of the transformer. If the oil level is too low, the insulation protection will be lost, causing discharge between conductive parts or between conductive parts and the shell, and in severe cases, the transformer will be burned. Therefore, the fault should be eliminated and the engine oil should be replenished in time to ensure that the oil level is kept at 1\\u002F4 to 3\\u002F4 of the engine oil standard. For loose parts, poor contact or even discharge, the transformer drop insurance should be cut off in time to eliminate hidden dangers.
2. Check the moisture absorption device. When the volume of the transformer oil continues to expand and contract due to cultural loads or environmental temperature changes, the gas in the oil conservator is forced to pass through the moisture absorption device and breathe to remove debris and moisture in the air. The insulating material strength of the transformer oil in a transformer can thus be maintained.
3. Check the casing regularly. Bushing is a component insulation consisting of conductive tube and bushing insulation. In the case of a transformer, it is used to electrically connect its internal windings with the power system or electrical equipment.
Check and replace a fuse or two periodically. Do not replace the fuse with aluminum wire. Primary fuse protection system, secondary fuse protection transformer.
II. prevent external damage
1. Reasonably choose the installation location of the distribution transformer, as close to the load center as possible, and control the power supply radius within 0.5km, and try to avoid installing equipment in lightning or low-lying waters. Because it is located in the county seat, there are many transformers at the intersection. In order to reduce the impact of cars on the tower, anti-collision signs are posted along the tower body.
2. Try to avoid installing a low-voltage instrument box on the distribution transformer. Due to the long-term work and operation of the enterprise, the glass of the meter box is damaged or cannot be replaced in time by the low-voltage pile head of the transformer. More than 95% of public management distribution transformers are equipped with JP cabinets, which have played a very good role in protecting the safe production and operation environment of transformers.
3. It is not allowed to adjust the tap changer without authorization. If the tap changer is not adjusted properly and there is a short circuit between phases, the distribution transformer may burn out.
4. Install an insulating cover on the high and low voltage ends of the distribution transformer to prevent natural disasters and external damage. Install high and low voltage insulation covers in narrow residential areas and forest areas, where animals often come in and out, to prevent the distribution transformer from falling and burning when it falls on the distribution transformer terminal frame.
5. Regularly cut off the line channel to prevent the branch circuit from contacting the wire to cause a low-voltage short circuit and burn the distribution transformer.
