The vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the different working principles of the boiling point of water and oil. It is composed of the vacuum system heating tank fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump pressure and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump can extract the air in the vacuum tank for a while to form a vacuum. Multifunctional vacuum oil filter inspection:
1. Check the electrical equipment of the vacuum oil filter (various instruments) should be regularly tested by the testing unit, and can only be put into use after passing the test.
2. Whether the machine is installed stably, and there should be no shaking or vibration during the test run.
3. Check whether the installation company of the oil inlet and outlet pipes is correct, whether the external pipe system can be installed firmly, and the connection between the hose and the metal pipe should be tightened with monkey hoops, and measures should be taken to prevent the oil pipeline equipment from falling off during operation.
4. Check whether the external power supply is correct, and whether the connected power cord meets the capacity requirements of the oil filter.
5. Check that the casing should be reliably grounded.
6. Check all rotating parts for blockage.
7. Carry out trial run, check and the steering of motors such as oil pumps and vacuum pumps should better meet the design requirements.
