Maintenance method and experience of dielectric strength analysis tester for insulating oil

1. Instrument maintenance, maintenance and commissioning should be carried out by professional personnel.

2. The instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but attention should be paid to avoid rain, corrosion of gas, dust too thick, high temperature or direct sunlight and other places and use.

3. The oil cup should be kept clean. During the time when it is stopped, it should be filled with dry and qualified insulating oil to keep the oil cup free from moisture.

4. After continuous use of the electrode for a month, check whether there is any change in the electrode gap. Observe whether there is darkening phenomenon on the electrode surface with a magnifying glass.

5. Replace the printer ribbon: A ribbon box has been installed before the printer is delivered. However, after using the printer for a period of time, you need to replace the ribbon box as follows:

1) Open the front cover of the printer. 2) Gently remove the old ribbon box from the print head. 3) Get a new ribbon box. First place the right end of the ribbon box gently on the gear on the right end of the machine head, and lift the left end slightly, do not put it down. Press the knob on the ribbon box with your finger, turn gently to the direction of the arrow, and then lower the left end of the ribbon box; 4) Install the front cover of the printer.

6. Replace the material printer roll: The printer has been installed with roll paper before delivery. After use, install a new roll paper. The general development process is analyzed as follows:

1. Remove the front cover of the printer. 2. Remove the paper roll from the printer. 3. First place the new paper plate over the paper plate and press the paper plate into the guide slot of the printer. 4. Cut the front end of the paper into a V shape. When THE PRINTER IS IN THE PRINTING STATE, THE PAPER tip is manually fed into THE PAPER opening below the head, and the paper enters the head until the front of the head is exposed to a certain length.

7. The method of cleaning the dielectric strength oil cup:

1) Repeatedly wipe the electrode surface and electrode rod with clean silk.

2) Adjust the gap between the two electrodes with standard gauge.

3) Clean 3-4 times with petroleum ether or ethanol, and then dry with a hair dryer and clean 2-3 times with the oil sample to be tested

Cleaning method of agitator:

1. Wipe the blender repeatedly with a clean silk cloth until there are no fine particles on the surface. Do not touch the surface of the blender with your hands.

2) Hold a blender with tweezers, immerse it in absolute ethanol for repeated washing, and then blow dry with a hair dryer.

3. Hold the blender with tweezers, dip it into the oil sample to be tested, and rinse repeatedly.
